Question regarding Salmon

So I have bought some skinless tasmanian salmon fillets under the "The Fishmonger" brand from Aldi. I wanted to eat them raw, so I have frozen them for about 7 days as it says they recommend freezing at -18 to -20 for 7 days to kill off parasites. At one point i brung them over to a friends house and they thawed a little, not much but a little but his family were already having dinner so I froze them again, then brought them back to mine and they thawed a little bit so I left them in the fridge to thaw. They are now ready to eat. Is it safe to eat them raw?-as I said I have frozen them for 7 days, and I will wash them before eating them. Or is there still potential for there to be parasites in them. And is there any risk of contracting food poisoning I wouldn't have thought you can get it from fish but I just want to make sure.

Kind regards,
