Trying to make simple crackers or other HEALTHY snack, need TIPS

Hi,

I'm on diet, not eating super processed foods, ingredients like baking soda or sugar. Overall healthy food, so no plain flour or anything like that.

I also don't know anything about baking, but I am trying to make some simple healthy snacks.

I've tried doing something like this:

- 55g almond flour

- 4g flaxseed

- 23ml water

- spices

I mix it all together, form a ball, put it on a baking paper and use a dough roller.

The final product is edible, but it's cumbersome because the dough sticks to the paper so much I can't get it off before it's baked.

So I'm looking for any tips on what I could try, including some other healthy snacks.

When it comes to flour I would prefer to use something like Almond flour, Coconut, Chickpeas etc.

Thanks in advance!
