I'm not looking for recipes, just ideas. I read that I can make extracts, but only if it were 140 proof or lower? This is 190. I'm hoping you might weigh in with your best ideas! EDIT...I hope this isn't a dumb question...if a Caesar takes 2oz of vodka, and that vodka is 80 proof, could I just add approx 0.8 oz of this 190 proof ethanol instead and achieve the same drink strength?
