Hi! I'm making my own olive oil mix for dipping bread and have some questions.
What is the best container for storing it? Should I simply wash out a brand label one with a plastic twist top and reuse it?
Can I store it in the same way as extra virgin olive oil (i.e. in the dark and in a cabinet)?
If I put other things in the mix, like parmesan cheese, does the olive oil need to be fridged?
Any other tips much appreciated!
