Since heat such as cooking breaks down the oxalates. Does microwaving spinach break down the oxalates too like if one were to cook it?
I plan to make a smoothie with 100g of spinach everyday and want to make sure I’m reducing the oxalates how I can before consuming it (rather than raw). Can I microwave it before putting it in the blender?
