How to stop milk/cream curdling when making citrus ice-cream.

Hi all, I have a bunch of myler lemons, clementines and limes that I want to use to make a mixed citrus ice cream. I am concerned that when I mix the citrus juice with the milk/cream that they would curdle. The recipes I'm reading don't address this. How do I do this properly?
