How to unspicy food?

So I made roasted veggies and they are just a tad bit spicier than I intended. It’s a big ass batch so I don’t wanna throw them out. Some I was thinking of blending into soup and diluting with milk/cream, but I don’t know what to do for the rest.

For the roasted veggies I used the following:

Cauliflower Brussels Sprouts Carrots Pumpkin Mushrooms Onions Garlic

As far as what made it spicy, I’m pretty sure that was the cayenne pepper, paprika, and chili powder. I don’t know what possessed me to use them all.
