What kind of beef can I use for a beef stew?

I’m not sure what kind of beef I can use. Would a brisket be okay to use and if so, is it better to have it diced by the butchers or keep it rolled and tied (a 1kg / 2.2lb piece)? I can buy chuck beef which is what I’ve seen YouTube recipes use but it is a little more expensive than brisket. Was wondering if brisket would be fine and what other kinds of beef would be suitable for a beef stew too
