Can I braise cooked leftover pork chops?

My father in law made some dope bone-in pork chops and sent us home with a couple. I gotta use them tonight for dinner tomorrow or they will go bad. I don't want to just reheat them.

I can chop them for fried rice, but I love braised pork in my fried rice. Can I put together a simple braising liquid and throw them in there until they are pull apart tasty? Or will it not turn out since they are already cooked and sat in the fridge?
