Can I use pre-sliced mozzarella for making Pizza?

I've tried using fresh mozzarella before but realized it's too wet for Pizza (I know you can put it in fridge uncovered to let the moisture out or paper towel etc, but eh I'm lazy)

I want to buy the shredded one which most people use, but my local store doesn't have it, so I'm thinking about pre-sliced specifically this one "Zott Mozzarella Cheese Slices" because this is the one my local store has, I'm not sure if this one is low moisture or not, I think it is?

I've seen serious eats recommend it but I'm not sure if they're talking about the same kind of cheese as I'm buying.

thanks you.
