I’m going to attempt binging with babish’s beef bourguignon. However, I’m only making for myself so I’m halving the recipe he has. In addition, I’m using a smaller 20” dutch oven as compared to his 27” oven.
His cook time is 3 hours in the oven, so do I halve the cook time in my smaller Dutch oven with lesser ingredients?
