I have chicken leg/thigh quarters, and want to know if i can marinate the chicken in the barbecue sauce over night, before i put them in the oven to bake for tomorrow's dinner. Is there a better way to make them with barbecue flavor? I don't have an actual grill, just an oven, two bottles of bbq sauce, and very few other spices.
