Hi all,
First post here.
I am planning to open a food cart and have learned that I will likely have to go with a ventless, electric deep fryer option (let me know if you disagree!) due to high installation costs of venting/safety concerns. I learned, however that a major downside is that it can't fry anything on a stick.
A couple of questions:
- Is this true?
- Are there any workarounds? For example, can something like this possibly installed inside a ventless deep fryer?
- Can I fry corn dogs with the stick attached regardless? Is this unsafe to eat? Will this impact the flavor of the oil from the wood heating?
Thanks in advance. Would also very much appreciate anything else that you think would be helpful in my endeavor!
