Odd question but, does anyone know anything about garlic sensitivity? Context: i had sworn off a restaurant I really liked because I thought I had gotten food poisoning from it awhile ago. Last night, I decided to try it again and ordered the exact same thing as last time. I ordered pasta, which I don’t have a problem with, and their garlic platter; which is basically just whole roasted garlic cloves with some goat cheese and bread. Well, this morning I got just as sick this time as last; bloating, diarrhea, nausea. I eat goat cheese and pasta all the time and don’t have a problem with it. I eat a lot of onions too without a problem, but I only eat about a clove of garlic at a time when I cook at home. Last night I probably ate about 8 garlic cloves in total. Any advice?
