I was given some very lovely homegrown fresh basil (I live in a country where basil isn't commercially available) and I put it in my new fridge which froze the crap out of it. I was really looking forward to omelettes and pizzas, is there anyway to fix it? I can't get it again and again :( and if I buy it from a specialty store, it's expensive
