Looking for help with authentic Israeli recipes. I went to UCF for a while in 2011-2012 before moving home (family stuff) and a restaurant called Skewerz opened up down there. I was OBSESSED. Looked them up and they're closed and this is all I could find, it looks like the chef/owner was an Israeli native recreating recipes from home. So, if anyone has any tips or tricks, particularly for the Laffa as that is the thing I remember the most. I would go and buy just that to take back to my dorm and eat.
