I don’t drink but a friend of mine brought a bottle of champagne for New Year’s it’s been sitting in my fridge since then can I make vinegar from it and where is there are used for flat champagne ?
I was thinking about using it as a sauce or marinade but honestly given how I cook vinegar would be more useful and kind of fittingly satisfying (I already make kvass & other fermented (including but not limited to drinks) at home)
