Hi folks! I made cinnamon buns today using a recipe from Sally’s Baking Addiction (link here: https://sallysbakingaddiction.com/easy-cinnamon-rolls-from-scratch/ [sorry, I’m on mobile]). For some reason, both times that I’ve made cinnamon buns using this recipe, the rolls baked unevenly and a couple puffed out. Fortunately, this hasn’t ever really affected the taste or texture of the product (only the tops of a couple of the rolls), but it’s very annoying to deal with. I posted to r/foodporn earlier thinking that others would like to see my baking, and that wasn’t the case. Someone commented “next time post them when they’re edible.”
