What can I make with 5 egg yolks that might have sugar or might have salt added. A cautionary tale to label your food!

I have some egg yolks in the freezer that I know I added either salt or sugar too, but I just can’t remember which! I am a fool and didn’t label, shame on me. Is there anything I could make that it wouldn’t matter too much? I would have only added a teaspoon or so I think. I was thinking maybe chocolate chip cookies but that would make a lot of cookies! Would crème brûlée be a disaster if it was salt? Any help would be so appreciated! Thanks!
