I have a few recipes I really want to try, but they are all put into the oven in a 12 inch cast iron. They range from chicken to crispy desserts, so I was wondering if there was a suitable alternative for all these options. The interior is approx 28cmx28cm/11 in x 11. Can I use a cake tin for the round shape? Or a normal baking dish? Will glass be significantly different from the cast iron?
