Is it normal for Greek Yogurt to be flat/settled when opened?

I bought The Greek Godz Honey Vanilla Yogurt earlier today and ran a few errands with it in my trunk. When I opened it, the yogurt was flat and i had to press into it with my spoon which is something i never had to do with regular yogurt. The yogurt went from almost chunks to a smooth texture with lumps while mixing. It tastes fine but im not sure if it is good because of the lumps and thickness.
