Most efficient way to cook large amounts of ground beef/turkey?

I am trying to get into meal prepping and I feel like the most ground beef/turkey I can reasonably cook in a pan is ~1.5 pounds at a time.

I am trying to cook like 3-4 lbs for the week and would like to avoid doing multiple batches in a skillet.

Would there be a better way? Instant pot? Oven?
