I have just entered isolation and want to make pumpkin soup and I’ve just ran out of onions… does anyone have a recommendation? I saw one website said that celery might be okay but I’m not too sure. Ps. I don’t have any shallots, spring onion, or chives…. Although I do have tonnes of garlic
