vegan yogurt attempt, agar seperated out

I made a yogurt with half of a half gallon of extra creamy almond milk 1/2 a sachet of yogurt starter, and 1 tsp agar, 4 tbs tapioca. It was very thick before I cultured it, but came out of the instant pot with small agar chunks at the bottom, and runny liquid on top. Any ideas how to fix this? Thank you!
