So I really love the texture of chocolate compound when it cools or set, you get that snap-on-bite texture. However, as much as I love it, I can't help to taste the chocolate itself is dull & flat.
Can I really add stuff without changing the snappy texture? I'm thinking of adding a chocolate powder to boost the chocolate flavor more, but at the same time I'm afraid it loses its capability of being a tempered chocolate
