so I'm on a clock, we finished Popeyes dinner. and it was a a super good deal, just means we got more chicken. the breasts are the worst so we have thise, a leg, a thigh, maybe a wing. mash taters with not enough gravy and dirty rice.
now the mission, how.to turn this into a delicious sandwich for lunch. I'd love to recrisp the skin kn whatever form of leftovers. even if it means PBJ for lunch and pushing the chicken for dinner. whats a good way to take care of this chicken?
