Should I buy a countertop oven?

I just started cooking. All I have in my current place is a two burner cooktop. I nearly impulse bought a countertop oven. Now Im trying to figure out what I would make in it that I cant make or make nearly as well with the cooktop. I am dieting, so no baked goods, pizza, lasagna, or other empty carbs for me for now. I am cooking for one.

Tl;dr What do you make in your oven that you could never make on the stove?
