Chocolate bonbons super stuck to molds. How do I get them out?

I tried making chocolate bon bons for the first time using polycarbonate molds. I thought I had tempered them, although not very precisely, over a bain-maire. Prehaps that is why they are stuck.

How do I at least get them out so I can use the molds again? Also, what is the correct technique?
