Crème brûlée playing and Filagree

Ok so I’ve been playing my crème brûlée with a few blueberries and a slice of strawberry +mint. I was wondering what else should, maybe a caramel cage? My culinary teacher mentioned to me filagree but I actually don’t know what it is. Also what time of shortbread would pair well with crème brûlée? That’s a lot of questions so I’m done for now lol! Thanks a lot!
