I put stew meat; quarted baby potatoes; baby carrots sliced in half & approx 1” pieces of green beans in a pan w/ a broth; covered tightly with foil at 250 for 2.5 hours.
The potatoes & carrots were cooked thru soft but not mushy but the green beans were still a little on the crunchier side of al dente…this confuses me so much!?!
I have a photo but it’s telling me that’s not allowed…?
