How would I press a whole sage leaf into my pasta dough?

Looking to make some pumpkin pasta dough from here: https://leitesculinaria.com/77842/recipes-pumpkin-pasta-dough.html

I think I've seen pro ravioli with a sage leaf pressed on top. Now, I cant find any pics of that online. At fist I thought it would be easy, but I'd want the sage visible in the dough so I think Id want to press the sage into the top of the dough.

On second thought, would I just get my ravioli pasta cut a little smaller than I needed and then press each peice of sage into the top peice of pasta individualy with my pasta maker? Or is there a faster way?

Thank you!
