need advice for a new recipe

Hey quick question I'm wanting to make some homemade ramen for my wife the real stuff not the instant crap. And I've never made ramen before so I need advice on everything from ingredients to prep everything I have done a few Asian dishes so I'm hoping that will help. So any advice?
