Hi All - I'm trying to make chickpea milk and other chickpea yogurts and I'd like to remove the chickpea flavor from them. When I make soymilks and soy yogurt I'm able to remove the soy flavor by soaking for extended periods or cooking for extended time.
This doesn't seem to work for chickpea items. Does anyone have any ideas on how to remove the chickpea flavor?
