Seeking Recipe Suggestions for Foie Gras I Have on Hand

Hello, I was recently gifted some Dartagnon foie gras (2 2oz portions), and was seeking some good recipes / dishes for how to best utilize it.

I am a reasonably proficient home cook and open to any suggestions.
