Hello AskCulinary! I made mayo for the first time today. π It turned out great texture-wise! π One issue i have with it is the strong taste of the oil (i used canola). Is there a better option? What oil do you prefer to use when making mayo?
Ingredients: 1 egg 1 1/2 TBSP lemon juice 1/4tsp kosher salt 1 cup oil 2 tsp Dijon mustard
