Can I freeze a steak after dry brining it for 2 days?

Hello all,

Like the title says, I started to dry brine a steak Thursday night. I’ve let it sit in my fridge covered with ~2% weight in salt on it.

Now, I’m sick and can’t bring myself to cook the steak and won’t be able to eat them till Tuesday.

So, Can I freeze them and thaw it out Tuesday morning to eat Tuesday night?
