Hi,
My fiancé and I are currently travelling for a few months in SEA, we're finishing our trip soon in Bangkok and wanted to seal our journey in a Michelin star restaurant.
This will be the first time, for both of us, in a Michelin restaurant (and in a fine dining restaurant in general). We're planning on taking a several dish course (instead of choosing individual plates).
We love good food, we're not very picky and our taste is not extremely refined/gourmet so we aren't sure if we will know how to appreciate the finer details of high end cooking. But we do appreciate good and unique food.
Should we go to a 2-star Michelin restaurant right of the bat or start "light" with a 1-star?
Thanks!
