how do you cook potatoes on a pizza?

I have a wood fired ooni oven that cooks at 750 F. The pizza cooks in about 90 seconds. I want to thinly slice potatoes and put the pieces on. Do I boil them before it goes in the oven? Or can I just put it on the pizza raw and cook it in the oven?
