How to remove excess oil from cooked deep fried chicken breast?

Wasn't sure which flair to use for this.

I'm trying to lose weight. I found that deep frying chicken breast in small chunks helped curb hunger to snack on, and I wasn't aware that it'd add many extra calories until just now as I don't use breading or anything. However, apparently it does. My weight has gone up the last two days and I think I could attribute it solely to the deep fried meat, and I'd rather not waste all the chicken I spent yesterday cooking up.

Is there a way to get rid of the extra oil from it after it's been cooked? Be it heating up to turn the oil back to liquid and dabbing it with paper towels, or boiling them a little.

Thank you in advance
