Is this woody breast?

Hi all,

Usually, I have been under the impression that air chilled chicken, free range chicken is great. However, looking at the advertisement for this at Sprouts, it looks like woody breast, with the white tiger striping. Or is that something else? I have been seeing it more and more, even at higher end grocery stores lately.
