Pretzel Dough Dilemma

I’m making soft pretzels for 40+ people tomorrow. I was told I can refrigerate the dough without shaping the pretzels. Just now I checked the dough and it was running over, and it was in a sealed container. I thought it wouldn’t rise much at all since it was in the fridge. Do I need to start over??
