Slow cooking a 16-20lb spatchcock turkey

Has any one done it? And do you have any advice??? Is it possible?

This is what I’m thinking

225 for 10 hours or so

I do whole chickens for about 4 hours on 225

And a rack of ribs 225 for 5.5 hours
