Sorry if it’s a dumb question

I have my own little pork chop recipe, it’s stone ground mustard, then pork chop Shake n Bake and put it in the air fryer. The only complaint I have it that after I take it out and its crispy and on my plate ready to eat, the breading on the bottom comes off on the plate and is mildly soggy.

This recipe is really good to me and I’m making it for my parents tomorrow and I’m excited and I want to perfect it. Any tips on how to get the crispness to stick/fall off on the plate?
