I've recently started doing the fodmap diet and I've had to cut out garlic and onions, so I'm having fun exploring all these complex new flavours I haven't experienced before.

What interesting ways do you use these seaweed sheets? I feel like they would be good in wraps and crumpled into salads, but I'd love some more ideas!
