hot melted butter + steak that isn't 100% thawed = fire?

I'm planning on pan-searing some steak, but some of it isn't 100% thawed. No oil in the house, only butter. Will the water from the slightly-frozen pieces of steak (it isn't much) react with the hot, melted butter and cause a grease fire?
