This is my first post here so hopefully I get it right!! I’m planning my Christmas meal and would like to do something new. I didn’t grow up eating lamb but my husband did (he is Kurdish from Turkey). We just got back from a visit to Kurdistan and we all loved the lamb that we had (mostly kebab and kofta). I don’t necessarily need to make a traditional dish, but I’m looking for ideas for a lamb based dish that could serve 6-15 (not sure yet how many we’ll be hosting). I’m in a pretty big U.S. city so I’ve got access to most ingredients. I’m not a newbie cook, but definitely don’t have much experience with lamb (other than minced for kofta). Thanks for any ideas!!
