What are your recommended books/resources for commercializing a recipe?

I have a recipe for a non-baked good that I want to take to market. I would theoretically test demand by starting small selling from a cart/truck/etc. and then explore other options such as retail depending on the level of success. The recipe will have several flavor variations on the same concept so I think it will be relatively easy to find efficiencies in the process.

I want to read up on how to properly develop a commercialized recipe to streamline production in both time and cost. Are there any resources for this on the internet in the form of book, guides, videos? I’m seeing a lot of courses and workshops for sale but is there something akin to a textbook that professionals in the industry learn from?
