What's the roux:stock ratio for a gravy?

I've seen answers from 1 Tbsp : 1 Cup all the way up to 4 Tbsp : 1 Cup and I'm like bruh.

I could just eyeball it and I am comfortable doing so, but I'd rather not risk it since I'm in charge of the gravy for tomorrow and I don't have any more stock for a 2nd emergency batch.
