I’ve recently gotten some Kikkoman black bean sauce with garlic. I was planning to try and make Jjajangmyeon, but I didn’t think to check that I could do it with just the black bean sauce and noodles. Judging by what I’ve seen on google, it looks like it won’t be that easy. So my question is, can I actually make Jjajangmyeon with the sauce I got, and if I can’t what should I make with the sauce?
