1800W induction cooker vs 15000BTU butane stove

My apartment's electric cookers are terrible so I'm thinking about buying either an induction hot plate or the Iwatani 15,000 BTU butane stove.

I know induction >>> gas for efficiency, but since I can only plug into a wall outlet, I can't go over the 1800W Duxtop models you can find on Amazon. I cook a lot of stir fries and steaks so I want as much power as I can get. Which option is better for that?

(the apartment's vent hood is surprisingly strong and the kitchen has a lot of windows, so I'm not worried about using the stove indoors)
